肠膜蛋白粉和发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对断奶仔猪作用效果的研究

【摘要】:目的:本试验旨在研究日粮中添加肠膜蛋白粉和发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分消化率、小肠形态和免疫功能的影响。方法:本试验选用28日龄杜×长×大断奶仔猪180头,公、母各半,体重8.0±0.5kg,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10头猪。试验期21天,试验期间常规饲养管理。对照组日粮为17.0%豆粕+6.0%鱼粉,进口肠膜组日粮为16.6%豆粕+4.0%发酵豆粕+4.0%进口肠膜蛋白粉,国产肠膜组日粮为16.6%豆粕+4.0%发酵豆粕+4.0%国产肠膜蛋白粉。结果:在采食量和增重方面,进口肠膜组、国产肠膜组与对照组差异均不显著(P≥0.05);进口肠膜组和国产肠膜组腹泻率、腹泻指数和死淘率与对照组相比,差异均不显著(P≥0.05);进口肠膜组钙的消化率比对照组下降13.21%(P0.05);干物质、能量、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、磷和必需氨基酸的消化率处理间无显著差异(P≥0.05)。消化器官重量与体重的比值方面,肝脏和空肠,各组之间差异不显著(P≥0.05)。消化器官长度与体重比值方面,十二指肠和空肠,国产肠膜组与对照组相比,这两项分别降低28.57%和19.90%(P?0.05);国产肠膜组与进口肠膜组相比,这两项分别降低42.40%和11.37%(P?0.05);进口肠膜组与对照组相比这两项分别提高24.00%和降低9.62%(P?0.05)。十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度方面,各组之间差异均不显著(P≥0.05)。在免疫功能方面,与对照组相比,进口肠膜组显著提高脾脏指数44%(P?0.05),国产肠膜组显著提高脾脏指数42%(P?0.05),进口肠膜组较国产肠膜组提高1%,但两者差异不显著(P≥0.05);进口肠膜组提高下颌淋巴指数49%(P?0.05),国产肠膜组降低下颚淋巴指数15%(P≥0.05)。肠膜蛋白粉对其他免疫器官(胸腺、腹股沟淋巴结、髂下淋巴、乆淋巴和颈浅淋巴)指数的影响差异不显著(P≥0.05)。在对断奶仔猪血液免疫指标的影响方面,与对照组相比,进口肠膜组提高血清白蛋白指标14%(P?0.05),国产肠膜组提高8%(P≥0.05),进口肠膜组较国产肠膜组提高8%(P≥0.05);对补体C3的影响,进口肠膜组较对照组提高3%,(P≥0.05),国产肠膜组较对照组降低14%(P?0.05)。结论:断奶仔猪日粮中使用进口或国产肠膜蛋白粉和发酵豆粕替代鱼粉,不影响生产性能、腹泻和养分消化率。进口肠膜蛋白粉不影响断奶仔猪消化器官的重量和长度以及小肠的绒毛高度和隐窝深度,国产肠膜蛋白粉和豆粕代替鱼粉饲喂断仔猪,仔猪胃和十二指肠的重量、空肠长度、回肠绒毛高度降低。肠膜蛋白粉能提高断奶仔猪免疫功能,进口肠膜蛋白粉的效果高于国产肠膜蛋白粉。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of enteral membrane protein meal and fermented soybean meal instead of fish meal on performance, nutrient digestibility, intestinal morphology and immune function of weaned piglets. Methods: 180 piglets (male, half female, weight 8.0 卤0.5 kg) were randomly divided into 3 treatments, 6 replicates in each treatment, 10 pigs per replica. The trial period was 21 days, and the routine feeding management was carried out during the experiment period. The diet of control group was 17.0% soybean meal 6.0% fish meal, and that of imported intestinal membrane group was 16.6% soybean meal 4.0% fermented soybean meal 4.0% imported intestinal membrane protein powder. The diet of domestic intestinal membrane group was 16.6% soybean meal 4.0% fermented soybean meal 4.0% domestic intestinal membrane protein powder. Results: there was no significant difference in feed intake and weight gain between the imported and domestic intestinal membrane groups and the control group (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in diarrhea rate, diarrhea index and mortality rate between imported and domestic intestinal membrane groups (P > 0.05), but the digestibility of calcium in imported intestinal membrane group was 13.21% lower than that in control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in digestibility of dry matter, energy, crude protein, crude fat, phosphorus and essential amino acids (P > 0.05). The ratio of digestive organ weight to body weight, liver and jejunum were not significantly different among groups (P > 0.05). Compared with the control group, the ratio of digestive organ length to body weight, duodenum and jejunum were decreased by 28.57% and 19.90% (P0. 05), respectively. Compared with the imported intestinal membrane group, these two items were decreased by 42.40% and 11.37% (P0. 05) respectively in the domestic intestinal membrane group, and increased by 24. 00% and 9. 62% (P0. 05) respectively in the imported intestinal membrane group compared with the control group.
