中药复方添加剂对夏季高温条件下肉牛的抗热应激作用研究

【摘要】:为了研究中药复方添加剂对夏季高温高湿条件下肉牛的抗热应激作用,本试验选取18头健康、体质量约为(435.30±16.26)kg的22月龄育肥锦江黄牛未去势公牛,随机分为3组,每组6头牛。试验牛均饲喂于夏季高温高湿条件下,对照组饲喂基础饲粮(精粗比为6∶4),两个中药组分别在基础饲粮中添加了10 g/kg的中药复方1和中药复方2。试验期为60 d。结果显示:(1)夏季高温高湿环境下,试验期牛舍平均温湿指数高于72,肉牛处于高度热应激状态;(2)添加中药1和中药2后,肉牛的体温和呼吸频率显著下降;(3)与对照组相比,两个复方添加组的血清IgA含量显著下降,IgG和IgM含量显著升高。此外,中药1组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组,中药2组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及TSOD活性高于对照组,两个复方添加组的血清MDA含量比对照组显著下降。上述结果表明,饲粮中添加复方中草药可以缓解肉牛的热应激反应,提高热应激期锦江黄牛血清抗氧化能力和免疫性能。
[Abstract]:In order to study the anti-heat stress effect of Chinese medicine compound additive on beef cattle under high temperature and high humidity in summer, 18 healthy cattle with body weight of (435.30 卤16.26) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group of 6 cattle. The experimental cattle were fed with high temperature and high humidity in summer, while the control group were fed with basic diet (the ratio of concentrate to crude was 6:4). The two groups were fed with 10 g/kg Chinese medicine compound 1 and 2 Chinese medicine compound respectively. The experimental period is 60 days. The results showed that: (1) under high temperature and high humidity in summer, the average temperature and humidity index of cattle was higher than 72, and the beef cattle were in high heat stress state, (2) the body temperature and respiratory frequency of beef cattle decreased significantly after adding traditional Chinese medicine 1 and Chinese medicine 2. (3) compared with the control group, the serum IgA content was significantly decreased, and the IgG and IgM levels were significantly increased in the two compound supplementation groups. In addition, the activities of serum superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in group 1 were significantly higher than those in control group, and the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and the activity of TSOD in group 2 were higher than those in control group. The serum MDA content of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group. The results indicated that the addition of compound Chinese herbal medicine to diet could alleviate the heat stress response of beef cattle and improve the antioxidant ability and immune performance of Jinjiang yellow cattle serum during heat stress period.
