乳酸菌素联合包膜丁酸钠对断奶仔猪腹泻的作用

【摘要】:为了探究乳酸菌素与包膜丁酸钠共添加对仔猪肠道菌群、生产性能、肠道结构及腹泻情况的影响,将90头体重7.53kg±0.49kg的28日龄断奶仔猪随机分为3组,A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B组为乳酸菌素组,饲喂基础日粮+1.5g/kg乳酸菌素;C组为共添加组,饲喂基础日粮+0.3g/kg包膜丁酸钠1.5g/kg乳酸菌素,试验期28d。试验期间,检测断奶仔猪肠道中菌群种类及数量的变化,同时监测并记录各试验组仔猪的日采食量、日增重及仔猪的腹泻情况。结果显示,试验组仔猪肠道有害菌的含量与对照组相比明显降低(P0.05);两个试验组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P0.05),且呈现共添加组乳酸菌素组对照组的趋势;并且乳酸菌素组、共添组的料肉比均低于对照组且差异显著(P0.05)。仔猪基础日粮中同时添加乳酸菌素和包膜丁酸钠后,腹泻率与腹泻指数分别降低42.72%与46.15%。观察试验后仔猪肠道形态,发现共添加组仔猪肠道形态更为完整,绒毛更长更粗壮。表明仔猪基础日粮中同时添加乳酸菌素与包膜丁酸钠,能够显著提高仔猪的生产性能,保护肠道益生菌的含量,维持肠道完整形态,并降低仔猪腹泻率。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effects of lactobacillus and sodium butyrate on intestinal flora, production performance, intestinal structure and diarrhea of piglets, 90 weaned piglets with body weight of 7.53kg 卤0.49kg were randomly divided into three groups, group A as control group. Basal diet; Group B was fed with 1.5g/kg lactic acid in basal diet and group C was fed with 0.3g/kg coated sodium butyrate 1.5g/kg lactic acid for 28 days. During the experiment, the species and quantity of bacteria in the intestinal tract of weaned piglets were detected, and the daily intake, daily gain and diarrhea of piglets in each group were monitored and recorded. The results showed that the content of harmful bacteria in the piglets of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), the average daily gain of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the trend of the control group was the same as that of the lactic acid bacteriocin group. The ratio of feed to meat in lactic acid group was significantly lower than that in control group (P0.05). The diarrhea rate and diarrhea index decreased by 42.72% and 46.15%, respectively, when lactic acid and sodium butyrate were added to the basal diet of piglets. The intestinal morphology of piglets after the experiment was observed and it was found that the intestinal morphology of the piglets with the total addition group was more complete and the villi were longer and thicker. The results showed that the combination of lactic acid and sodium butyrate could significantly improve the performance of piglets, protect the content of intestinal probiotics, maintain the intact form of intestinal tract, and reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets.
