利用甘蔗叶和蛋白桑树配制生长肉牛全混合型压块日粮研究

【摘要】:本研究主要是对甘蔗叶和全株杂交蛋白桑树进行不同预处理,筛选出甘蔗叶和全株蛋白桑树最佳处理方法,配制生长肉牛全混合型日粮,并进行饲养试验和经济效益评估,同时测定各组日粮表观消化率和血液生化指标。试验第一部分,主要对甘蔗叶、全株蛋白桑树进行不同预处理方法研究,甘蔗叶预处理研究:对照组、氨化组、氨-碱化组、微贮组;全株蛋白桑预处理研究:对照组、微贮组、复合物处理组。探讨不同预处理方法对甘蔗叶、全株蛋白桑树感官评定及处理后对营养成分影响。结果显示:(1)经不同处理的甘蔗叶DM、CP、EE含量相对于对照组均略有提高,其中各组DM含量差异不显著(P0.05),而CP、EE显著提高(P0.05),显著降低了甘蔗叶CF、NDF、ADF的含量(P0.05),提高了甘蔗叶了感官品质和营养价值,综合考虑甘蔗叶预处理方法以氨-碱组最佳。(2)经过微贮处理、复合物处理后的全株蛋白桑树CP、EE含量均高于对照组,其中CP含量最高为复合处理组26.96%显著高于对照组20.05%(P0.05),EE含量各组间差异不显著(P0.05);CF含量相比对照组均显著降低(P0.05)。微贮处理、复合物处理提高了全株蛋白桑树的品质,适口性,提高了营养物质。试验第二部分,利用不同量甘蔗叶、全株蛋白桑树配制不同全混合型日粮饲养生长肉牛,试验结果:(1)对照组、试验一、试验二各组试验牛平均每头牛日采食量分别为17.23kg、17.4、16.23kg,差异不显著(P0.05);日增重最高为试验一0.50 kg/d,比对照组高4.2%,差异不显著(P0.05);按每kg体增重饲料费分析,试验一组平均每kg增重饲料费比对照组降低1.24元,经济效益提高。(2)各营养物质表观消化率分析,对照组、试验一、试验二DM消化率分别为54.21%、55.71%、53.19%,试验一组DM消化率高于对照组,各组间差异不显著(P0.05);试验一、试验二CP、CF消化率均高于对照组,但组间差异不显著(P0.05)。日粮中添加适宜用量的全株蛋白桑树有助于提高生长肉牛消化能力。(3)试验一、试验二各组实验牛血液生化指标葡萄糖(GLU)、胆固醇(CHOL)和甘油三脂(TG)测定值均比对照组低,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05),表明桑叶具有一定的降血糖、血脂功能,为下一步探讨桑叶中生物碱具有降低血糖、血脂等作用机制提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this study was to pretreat sugarcane leaves and whole hybrid protein mulberry trees, to select the best treatment methods of sugarcane leaves and whole plant protein mulberry trees, to prepare the whole mixed diet for growing beef cattle, and to carry out feeding experiments and economic benefit evaluation. At the same time, the apparent digestibility and blood biochemical index of each group were measured. In the first part of the experiment, the different pretreatment methods of sugarcane leaves and whole plant protein mulberry were studied. The pretreatment of sugarcane leaves was as follows: control group, ammoniation group, ammonia-alkali group, microstorage group; Study on pretreatment of whole protein mulberry: control group, microstorage group, complex treatment group. The effects of different pretreatment methods on the sensory evaluation of sugarcane leaves and whole plant protein mulberry were studied. The results showed that: (1) the content of DM,CP,EE in sugarcane leaves treated with different treatments was slightly higher than that in the control group, and the content of DM in each group was not significantly different (P0.05), but the content of CP,EE was significantly increased (P0.05). The content of CF,NDF,ADF in sugarcane leaf was significantly decreased (P0.05), and the sensory quality and nutritional value of sugarcane leaf were improved. The CP,EE content of mulberry after complex treatment was higher than that of control group, and the highest CP content in compound treatment group was 26.96% higher than that in control group 20.05% (P0.05), EE content was not significant difference between groups (P0.05); The content of CF was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05). Microstorage and complex treatment improved the quality, palatability and nutrition of whole protein mulberry. In the second part of the experiment, we used different sugarcane leaves and whole plant protein mulberry to prepare different mixed diets to feed growing beef cattle. The results were as follows: (1) Control group, experiment 1, In experiment 2, the average daily feed intake of each cattle was 17.23 kg / cattle (17.23 kg / kg), and the difference was not significant (P0.05). The maximum daily gain of test-0. 50 kg/d, was 4. 2% higher than that of control group (P0.05). According to the analysis of feed cost per kg, the average feed cost per kg in the test group was 1.24 yuan lower than that in the control group, and the economic benefit was improved. (2) the apparent digestibility of each nutrient was analyzed. The digestibility of DM in experiment 2 was 54.21 and 55.71 respectively. The digestibility of DM in group one was higher than that in control group (P0.05). The digestibility of CP,CF in trial 1 and 2 was higher than that in control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). (3) experiment 1, experiment 2, experiment 2: glucose (GLU), a biochemical index of blood of cattle, was added to the diet with proper dosage of whole plant protein mulberry. (3) experiment 1, experiment 2. The levels of cholesterol (CHOL) and triglyceride (TG) were lower than those of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0. 05), which indicated that mulberry leaves had the function of lowering blood glucose and blood lipids. The mechanism of blood lipid and so on provides the reference basis.
