饲粮菊糖添加水平对肉仔鸡消化代谢及非特异性免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:为探讨饲粮菊糖添加水平对肉仔鸡消化代谢及非特异性免疫功能的影响,采用单因素完全随机化设计,选取300只1日龄AA+肉仔鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在对照组中添加0.5,1.5,2.5,5g·kg~(-1)的菊糖,饲养试验6周,采用全收粪法进行代谢试验。结果表明:饲粮添加菊糖极显著提高了肉仔鸡干物质的代谢率和表观代谢能(p0.01)。5g·kg~(-1)菊糖添加组显著提高了肉仔鸡十二指肠淀粉酶和空肠胰蛋白酶活性(p0.05)。1.5g·kg~(-1)和2.5g·kg~(-1)菊糖添加组腺胃内容物p H值极显著低于对照组(p0.01),而十二指肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(p0.05);饲粮添加菊糖对肉仔鸡免疫器官指数无显著影响(p0.05),但1.5~5g·kg~(-1)菊糖添加组显著提高了肉仔鸡血清白蛋白浓度,1.5g·kg~(-1)菊糖添加组肉仔鸡血清溶菌酶含量最高(335.89 U·m L-1),较对照组提高78.55%(p0.05);2.5g·kg~(-1)菊糖添加组肉仔鸡血清抗菌肽活性最高,较对照组提高84.30%(p0.05),饲粮添加菊糖对肉仔鸡血清碱性磷酸酶和补体活性无显著影响(p0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,饲粮添加2.5~5g·kg~(-1)菊糖有利于肉仔鸡养分的消化和代谢,提高了机体的非特异性免疫功能。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of dietary inulin supplementation level on digestion and metabolism and non-specific immune function of broilers, 300 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group. Each repeats ten chickens. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the control group was fed with 0.5g kg~ (-1) of 0.5g kg~ (-1) in the control group. After 6 weeks of feeding, the metabolic test was carried out with the method of total fecal collection. The results showed that dietary inulin significantly increased dry matter metabolism rate and apparent metabolic energy (p0.01). 5g kg~ (-1) chrysanthemum supplementation significantly increased duodenal amylase and jejunum pancreas in broilers. The activity of protease, 1.5g kg~ (-1) and 2.5g kg~ (-1), the pH of glandular gastric contents in the addition group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p0.01). The height of duodenal villi was significantly higher than that of control group (p0.05). There was no significant effect on the immune organ index of broilers supplemented with inulin (p0. 05), but the serum albumin concentration of broilers was significantly increased by adding 1. 5 g kg~ (- 1) chrysanthemum. The content of serum lysozyme in 1.5 g kg~ (-1) inulin group was the highest (335.89 U mL ~ (-1), which was 78.55% higher than that in control group. The serum antimicrobial peptide activity of broilers supplemented with 2.5 g kg~ (-1) inulin was the highest, which was 84.30% higher than that of the control group, but the serum alkaline phosphatase and complement activity of broilers were not significantly affected by dietary inulin supplementation (p0.05). In conclusion, the addition of 2.5g kg~ (-1) to diet was beneficial to nutrient digestion and metabolism of broilers, and improved the non-specific immune function of broilers.
