酵母硒和黄芪多糖对半番鸭屠宰性能、血清生化及抗氧化指标的影响
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of yeast selenium and astragalus polysaccharide on slaughtering performance, serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes, 144 healthy muscovy ducks of 22 days of age were selected for single factor design. They were randomly divided into 4 groups (3 experimental groups and 1 control group). The control group was fed with basic diet. The experimental group was fed with 0.3% yeast selenium in the basal diet. 300 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides and their complex (300 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides 0.3% yeast selenium), each group 3 repeat, each repeat 12 rats. The results showed that the percentage of carcass, total muscovy, pectoralis and leg muscle in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05), except that in the compound group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), the percentage of sternal muscle, pectoral muscle and leg muscle of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The abdominal fat rate and sebum rate were lower than the control group (P0.05). The serum uric acid content in the compound group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.01), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), while the serum urea nitrogen content in the compound group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the astragalus polysaccharide group (P0.05). The activity of lactate dehydrogenase in the serum of each experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference among the test groups (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum albumin and globulin contents of each experimental group increased (P0.05), while the total protein content, white ball ratio, cholesterol content, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase activity decreased (P0.05). The glutathione peroxidase activity and total antioxidant capacity of muscovy duck serum in the compound group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05), and the total antioxidant capacity in the compound group was significantly higher than that in the astragalus polysaccharide group (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in each experimental group was increased (P0.05), and the malondialdehyde (MDA) content in serum of muscovy duck in the compound group and yeast selenium group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). To sum up, adding yeast selenium to basic diet, astragalus polysaccharide and its compound had no significant effect on slaughtering performance of muscovy duck, but it could improve metabolism level and antioxidant ability of muscovy duck to some extent. And the effect of adding compound agent is especially remarkable.
