ALV-J经卵黄囊接种对鸡的致病性与逆转录酶抑制剂类药物对鸡的保护作用

【摘要】:通常鸡群通过垂直传播感染ALV-J后的致病性比通过水平传播更为严重。本研究通过对SPF鸡胚卵黄囊接种模拟了ALV-J经垂直传播感染鸡群后的致病性,在此基础上通过联合使用逆转录酶抑制剂类药物Zidovudine(AZT)和Lamivudine(LAM)并观察其对减缓ALV-J垂直传播致病性方面的作用。结果显示未使用药物的病毒感染组其体重、死亡率以及免疫ND和AI-H9灭活疫苗所产生的抗体水平均显著低于使用药物的病毒感染组(P0.05),更显著低于未接毒的生理盐水对照组(P0.05)。研究表明AZT和LAM等逆转录酶抑制剂类药物的使用有助于降低ALV-J垂直传播感染对鸡群的危害。
[Abstract]:In general, the pathogenicity of chickens infected with ALV-J through vertical transmission is more serious than that through horizontal transmission. In this study, the pathogenicity of ALV-J infected chickens by vertical transmission was simulated by inoculating the yolk sac of SPF embryos. On this basis, the role of Zidovudine (AZT) and Lamivudine (LAM) in reducing the pathogenicity of vertical transmission of ALV-J was observed by combined use of reverse transcriptase inhibitors (Zidovudine (AZT) and Lamivudine (LAM). The results showed that the body weight, mortality rate and antibody level of ND and AI-H9 inactivated vaccine were significantly lower in viral infection group than those in viral infection group (P0.05). It was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). The results showed that the use of reverse transcriptase inhibitors such as AZT and LAM could reduce the harm of ALV-J vertical transmission to chickens.
