利用微卫星标记分析雁荡土鸡及其他3个鸡群体遗传多样性

【摘要】:为探讨浙江省不同地方鸡群体的遗传多样性及遗传距离,促进浙江境内鸡群体遗传资源的合理利用和保护,本试验利用STR分型技术对雁荡麻鸡Ⅰ系、Ⅱ系、萧山鸡、龙游麻鸡和仙居鸡5个群体(440只个体)在28个位点上的遗传多样性进行了检测。结果表明,所有位点在5个群体中的平均有效等位基因(Ne)、期望杂合度(He)和多态信息含量(PIC)分别为3.709 0、0.664 1和0.621 5,其中龙游麻鸡的平均Ne、He和PIC最高(3.941 9、0.702 2和0.661 3);仙居鸡最低(3.505 1、0.653 9和0.609 3);雁荡麻鸡2个品系平均值处于龙游麻鸡和仙居鸡之间(Ⅰ系分别为3.785 5、0.670 6和0.628 8,Ⅱ系分别为3.695 7、0.654 6和0.611 4)。遗传距离和系统聚类结果显示,5个鸡群体聚为3类,雁荡麻鸡2个群体为一类,仙居鸡为一类,萧山鸡与龙游麻鸡为一类。雁荡麻鸡Ⅰ系和Ⅱ系是浙江境内不同于仙居鸡、萧山鸡和龙游麻鸡而单独存在的一个品种。
