宠物犬及犬粮源沙门氏菌的耐药性分析及PFGE分型
[Abstract]:In order to understand the phenotypic characteristics of drug resistance and the distribution of drug resistance genes in dog and dog grain source Salmonella and the homology among different isolates, K-B method was used to determine the drug sensitivity of 27 isolates and PCR was used to detect drug resistance genes. The genotyping was performed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). The results showed that 27 Salmonella isolates were resistant to ampicillin, amoxicillin / clavulanic acid, streptomycin, compound sulfamycin, doxycycline and doxycycline. 33. 33% of the isolates were resistant to 3 or more antibiotics, among which amoxicillin / clavulanic acid-ampicillin-doxycycline was the largest (66.67%). 74.07% of the isolates contained at least one drug resistance gene, and the detection rate of str A-Bnbla PSE,tet Bnsul1 was the highest, which was 40.7% and 37.0%, and 29.6% and 25.9%, respectively, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, sulfamide, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, sulfanilamide. The coincidence rate between 尾 -lactam resistance genes and phenotypes of drug resistance was 100%, 87.5% and 72.7%, respectively. There were 12 PFGE genotypes in 27 isolates, and the dominant genotypes were pt1 and pt7. The results showed that there were multiple drug resistance in dog and dog grain source Salmonella, and there was a close correlation between drug resistance phenotype and its corresponding drug resistance gene. PFGE genotypes were polymorphic, but not correlated with serotype, but correlated with multidrug resistant strains (8) to some extent.
