基于设备综合效率的饲料企业生产水平评价方法

【摘要】:为了探究设备综合效率(OEE,Overall Equipment Efficiency)法在饲料生产企业中的应用,对国内20余家不同规模、不同地区的饲料企业进行了实地调研和问卷调查,每家企业进行了连续4~7 d的生产数据调研,最终获得20家企业的有效数据。通过对数据的处理分析,建立了企业关键设备(粉碎机、混合机、制粒机)的OEE模型,并用于饲料企业的效率分析。结果表明,运用OEE方法可以很好的分析出制约设备产能的因素,有利于提升整个企业的效能。同时,将OEE指标用于饲料企业生产水平的评价,建立了饲料企业生产水平综合评价体系和模型,并用该模型对17家颗粒饲料企业生产水平进行了评价,结果表明,该评价体系具有一定的可行性,能够为饲料企业进行生产力水平综合评价提供依据和方法。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the application of OEE,Overall Equipment Efficiency) method in feed production enterprises, more than 20 feed enterprises of different scale and different regions in China were investigated and investigated by field investigation and questionnaire survey. Each enterprise has carried on the production data investigation for 4 days in a row, and finally obtained the valid data of 20 enterprises. The OEE model of the key equipment (pulverizer, mixer, granulator) was established by analyzing the data, and was used to analyze the efficiency of feed enterprise. The results show that the OEE method can well analyze the factors restricting the equipment production capacity, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of the whole enterprise. At the same time, the OEE index was used to evaluate the production level of feed enterprises, and the comprehensive evaluation system and model of production level of feed enterprises were established, and the production level of 17 pellet feed enterprises was evaluated by the model. The evaluation system is feasible and can provide basis and method for comprehensive evaluation of productivity level in feed enterprises.
