鸡病诊断与防控信息系统的研制

【摘要】:目前我国禽类养殖发展速度很快,但同时也存在各种因素的干扰,如传染病的流行、新病不断增加、频现变异、耐药性增强、营养代谢病等给养鸡业带来巨大危害。这些因素给鸡病临床诊断和疾病防控带来了巨大的挑战。鉴于现阶段我国中小型养鸡场面临的基层兽医人员缺乏及临床诊断技术落后的现状,开发鸡病诊断和防控系统是非常必要的。本研究通过兽医技术与计算机信息技术的最新研究成果开发研制“鸡病诊断与防控信息系统”,进而改进我国养鸡业的现状,提高疾病临床诊断的准确率及制定合理的防控措施。鸡病诊断与防控信息系统采用B/S/D三层结构模式进行设计,应用Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2008、Visual C#开发语言与SQL Server 2008数据库等实验工具进行构建。鸡病诊断与防控信息系统的知识获取采用人工获取知识的方式,通过对鸡病领域专家知识及经验的归纳总结、汇总、整理并存储在系统的知识库中,形成完整的数据库。系统共存储了85种鸡常见疾病症状信息及疾病防控方案,建立34个数据库、3140条规则,收集疾病图片518个、视频39个。本系统采用面向对象的知识表示方法以对象-属性-值三元组知识表示方法结合产生式规则知识表示法表示鸡疾病知识,易于知识库的修改、维护及更新,同时使知识结构更加清晰。系统运用不确定规则推理与案例推理相结合的推理机制,充分结合两种推理理论的优点,进而提高系统疾病诊断的准确率。本系统最终实现的功能如下:(1)本项研究成功开发研制出“鸡病诊断与防控信息系统”,该系统能够对临床常见85种鸡病进行诊断和防控。(2)鸡病诊断与防控信息系统利用后台数据库中疾病症状信息、图片及系统推理机制三位一体结合模式实现疾病诊断过程。用户根据实际发生病例症状与系统中疾病信息进行匹配同时可以参照疾病症状图片,通过系统的推理机制推理出疾病诊断结果供用户参考。(3)鸡病诊断与防控信息系统提供疾病防治方案及免疫方案供用户应用,用户参考系统提供的防治方案和免疫方案并结合本场鸡群的实际情况制定合理的防控措施。(4)鸡病诊断与防控信息系统提供了知识查询模块,提供疾病知识查询、疫苗知识查询、药物知识查询、图片与视频知识查询、实验室检查知识查询,实现了知识的查询功能。为用户提供知识学习平台。
[Abstract]:At present, poultry breeding in China is developing rapidly, but there are also various factors, such as the epidemic of infectious diseases, the increasing of new diseases, the frequent variation, the increase of drug resistance, and the nutritional metabolic diseases, which bring great harm to the chicken industry. These factors bring great challenges to clinical diagnosis and disease prevention and control of chicken disease. In view of the lack of primary veterinary staff and the backward clinical diagnosis technology in small and medium-sized chicken farms in China at present, it is very necessary to develop the diagnosis and control system of chicken disease. Through the latest research results of veterinary technology and computer information technology, this study developed the "chicken disease diagnosis and control information system", and then improved the current situation of chicken industry in China. To improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of disease and to formulate reasonable prevention and control measures. The information system of chicken disease diagnosis and control was designed with B/S/D three-layer structure mode, and was constructed with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2008 Visual C # development language and SQL Server 2008 database. The knowledge acquisition of chicken disease diagnosis and control information system adopts the way of artificial acquisition of knowledge, through the induction and summary of expert knowledge and experience in chicken disease field, it is arranged and stored in the knowledge base of the system to form a complete database. The system has stored 85 kinds of chicken common disease symptom information and disease prevention and control plan, established 34 databases, 3140 rules, collected 518 disease pictures, 39 video. In this system, object-oriented knowledge representation method is used to represent chicken disease knowledge by object-attribute-value triple knowledge representation method combined with production rule knowledge representation, which is easy to modify, maintain and update the knowledge base. At the same time, make the knowledge structure clearer. The system combines uncertain rule reasoning with case-based reasoning and combines the advantages of the two reasoning theories to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis. The functions of the system are as follows: (1) the information system of chicken disease diagnosis and control has been developed successfully in this study. The system can diagnose and control 85 kinds of chicken diseases in clinic. (2) the information system of chicken disease diagnosis and control realizes the disease diagnosis process by using the disease symptom information, picture and system reasoning mechanism in the backstage database. The user matches the disease information in the system according to the actual case symptom and can refer to the picture of the disease symptom. The result of disease diagnosis is inferred by the system reasoning mechanism for user's reference. (3) the information system of chicken disease diagnosis and prevention and control provides the disease prevention and control scheme and the immune scheme for the user to apply. The prevention and cure scheme and immunization scheme provided by the user reference system and combined with the actual situation of chicken flocks in this field were used to formulate reasonable prevention and control measures. (4) the chicken disease diagnosis and control information system provided the knowledge query module and provided the disease knowledge inquiry. Vaccine knowledge query, drug knowledge query, picture and video knowledge query, laboratory examination knowledge query, knowledge query function is realized. Provide knowledge learning platform for users.
