北京市养殖环节饲料应用现状调研报告

【摘要】：饲料应用可分为饲料生产和养殖应用2个环节,较之饲料生产环节,养殖环节的饲料应用现状研究极其缺乏。针对此问题,北京市畜牧总站饲料与营养研究室于2014年3—9月对北京市畜禽养殖场饲料应用现状开展了调研,为畜牧从业人员提供基础数据。调研发现:北京市饲料资源十分缺乏,饲料原料多需外埠供给,少数依赖进口;饲料采购和储存管理仍需改进;饲料应用中新技术、新产品需求高但应用少;养殖场内动物营养技术人员缺乏,饲料分析设备匮乏,饲料营养标准和参数依赖供应商或专家。饲料应用方式中,奶牛场自主性较强,猪禽场的饲料应用更依赖饲料企业。
[Abstract]:Feed application can be divided into two links: feed production and aquaculture application. In order to solve this problem, the Feed and Nutrition Research Department of Beijing Animal Husbandry General Station conducted a survey on the current situation of feed application in Beijing Livestock and Poultry breeding Farm from March to September 2014, which provided basic data for livestock workers. It is found that the feed resources in Beijing are very short, the feed raw materials need more foreign supply, a few depend on imports, the purchasing and storage management of feed still need to be improved, the new technology in feed application is high in demand, but the application of new products is less. Lack of animal nutrition technicians, feed analysis equipment, feed nutrition standards and parameters rely on suppliers or experts. Among feed application methods, dairy farm has strong autonomy, and feed application of pig farm depends more on feed enterprises.
