益生素对育肥猪生产性能、血清免疫球蛋白和盲肠微生物菌群的影响

【摘要】:本研究旨在探讨在饲料中添加益生素对育肥猪生长性能、血清免疫球蛋白含量和盲肠微生物菌群的影响。选用日龄和体重相近、生长状况良好的青海八眉二元育肥猪60头,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组饲喂基础日粮+120mg/kg吉他霉素,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+0.2%益生素,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+0.5%益生素。试验期90d。结果表明:饲料中添加0.5%的益生素可以显著提高育肥猪增重、血清IgA和IgG含量、盲肠乳酸杆菌数量,降低料肉比、血清胆固醇含量、盲肠大肠杆菌数量。综上所述,在青海八眉二元育肥猪日粮中添加0.5%益生素可以取得良好的效果。
