太子参茎叶多糖联合枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪生长性能及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:为研究日粮中同时添加太子参茎叶多糖与枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标及生化指标的影响,选取25日龄断奶的"大×长"二元杂交仔猪150头,随机分为对照组、抗生素组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,对照组喂养基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加100mg/kg泰乐菌素,其余3组分别在基础日粮中添加1 000mg/kg太子参茎叶多糖、枯草芽孢杆菌、太子参茎叶多糖+枯草芽孢杆菌。试验期30d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,抗生素组、Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组平均日增重(ADG)极显著增加(P0.01),Ⅱ组ADG显著增加(P0.05);各试验组仔猪腹泻率均极显著降低(P0.01);(2)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组IgA、IgM显著增加(P0.05),Ⅲ组IgA、IgM和IgG极显著增加(P0.01);(3)Ⅰ、Ⅲ组C3、C4极显著增加(P0.01),Ⅱ组C3显著增加(P0.05);(4)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ显著增加(P0.05),Ⅲ组IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ极显著增加(P0.01);(5)各试验组白蛋白(ALB)均极显著增加(P0.01);Ⅰ组尿素氮(BUN)显著降低(P0.05),抗生素组、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组尿素氮(BUN)极显著降低(P0.01)。因此,在断奶仔猪日粮中同时添加太子参茎叶多糖与枯草芽孢杆菌可以提高仔猪生长性能及免疫功能,改善血液生化指标,且二者合用效果优于单独添加。
