现代草产品加工原理与技术发展

【摘要】：畜牧业的健康、快速发展是满足人们对畜产品数量和质量需求的重要保障,也是现代草牧业发展的一个重要课题.草产品加工是连接种植业和养殖业的重要中间环节.通过草产品加工可以提高饲草的质量和利用率,调节饲草生产的季节差异、年度丰欠差异,从而达到均衡供应优质饲草饲料,在现代畜牧业发展过程中发挥重要作用.因此,作为支撑畜牧业发展的草产品加工业,被赋予了新的历史使命.现代草产品加工是以有效保存和提高饲草营养价值,减少饲草加工贮藏过程中营养损失为理论依据,运用现代生物学、农业科学、工业科学和动物营养学技术手段,开发草产品加工技术和生产工艺,生产优质草产品.本文从草产品加工的概念、意义和现状、主要原理和技术等方面,较为系统地综合评述了国内外草产品加工原理和技术、研究进展和发展现状,并结合当前草产品加工过程中出现的问题,提出了现代草产品加工的发展方向和建议,具有一定的生产指导意义.
