低蛋白日粮蛋白源对仔猪生长性能、氮平衡及其消化动力学的影响

【摘要】:本试验在补充晶体氨基酸至必需氨基酸平衡的低蛋白(14%)日粮中,研究以其他蛋白源替代豆粕对仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标、氮平衡、消化动力学的影响,为提高蛋白利用率,增加仔猪氮沉积,降低氮排放,减少豆粕使用量提供理论依据。本试验采用单因子完全随机化设计,将36头体重为14.62±1.46kg的杜长大阉公猪随机分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复1头猪,分别饲喂蛋白源由豆粕、棉籽粕、豆粕-棉籽粕和鱼粉组成的日粮,预饲期5d,正试期28d。结果表明:1、棉籽粕组对试验猪的平均末重、平均日采食量和平均日增重的降低和料重比的升高具有显著性影响(P0.05);豆粕-棉籽粕组末重、平均日采食量和平均日增重略低于豆粕组而料重比略高,且差异不显著(P0.05);鱼粉组的平均末重、平均日增重显著降低且料重比显著升高(P0.05),但平均日采食量与豆粕差异不显著(P0.05)。2、棉籽粕组尿氮含量、血清尿素含量和氮排泄显著高于其他组(P0.05),氮沉积率显著低于其他组(P0.05);豆粕-棉籽粕组氮沉积率与鱼粉差异不显著而显著高于豆粕组(P0.05),而氮排放显著低于豆粕组(P0.05),豆粕-棉籽粕组的日氮排放较豆粕组降低10.68%。3、不同蛋白源对小肠食糜蛋白消化率和氨基酸含量影响差异较大。豆粕日粮在空肠后段出现蛋白消化率峰值,棉籽粕日粮在小肠前段即出现蛋白消化率峰值,氨基酸大量被降解吸收,鱼粉日粮在回肠才出现消化率最大值,降解出的氨基酸未能被完全吸收,豆粕-棉籽粕日粮在整个小肠中蛋白消化率较高且变化平稳,氨基酸匀速释放且释放量较大。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the effects of replacing soybean meal with other protein sources on growth performance, blood biochemical indexes, nitrogen balance and digestion kinetics of piglets were studied in a low protein (14%) diet supplemented with crystal amino acid to essential amino acid balance. In order to improve protein utilization, increase nitrogen deposition in piglets, reduce nitrogen emissions and reduce soybean meal use, the theoretical basis was provided. In this experiment, 36 Duchang castrated boars weighing 14.62 卤1.46kg were randomly divided into 4 groups, each with 9 replicates, one pig per repeat, and were fed with protein source soybean meal and cottonseed meal, respectively, using a single-factor completely randomized design, and divided them into four groups at random, namely, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, soybean meal and cottonseed meal, respectively. A diet consisting of soybean meal-cottonseed meal and fish meal for a period of 5 days and a trial period of 28 d. The results showed that: (1) the cotton seed meal group had significant effects on the average final weight, average daily feed intake, average daily gain and the increase of feed-to-weight ratio of the tested pigs (P0.05); The final weight, average daily feed intake and average daily gain of soybean meal-cottonseed meal group were slightly lower than those of soybean meal group, while the feed-weight ratio of soybean meal-cottonseed meal group was slightly higher, and the difference was not significant (P0.05). The average final weight, average daily gain and feed / weight ratio of fish meal group were significantly lower than those of soybean meal group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the average daily intake and soybean meal (P0.05). 2. The content of urine nitrogen in cottonseed meal group was significantly higher than that of cottonseed meal group (P0.05). Serum urea content and nitrogen excretion were significantly higher than those of other groups (P0.05), and nitrogen deposition rate was significantly lower than that of other groups (P0.05). The nitrogen deposition rate of soybean meal-cottonseed meal group was significantly higher than that of soybean meal group (P0.05), while the nitrogen emission of soybean meal-cottonseed meal group was significantly lower than that of soybean meal group (P0.05). The daily nitrogen emission of soybean meal-cottonseed meal group was 10.68% lower than that of soybean meal group. The effect of different protein sources on the digestibility and amino acid content of intestinal chyme protein was significant. The protein digestibility of soybean meal diet and cottonseed meal diet appeared peak value in the posterior part of jejunum, cottonseed meal diet, amino acid degradation and absorption, and the maximum digestibility of fish meal diet appeared only in ileum, and the protein digestibility of cottonseed meal diet appeared in the anterior part of small intestine, and the amino acid was degraded and absorbed. The protein digestibility of soybean meal-cottonseed meal diet was higher and the change was stable. The amino acid was released at a constant rate and the release amount was higher than that of soybean meal-cottonseed meal diet.
