切根与施肥对羊草草甸植被特征和营养成分的影响

【摘要】:为了研究切根与施肥对羊草(Leymus chinensis)草甸植被特征和营养成分的影响,以松嫩草原中南部姜家甸草场为研究对象,分析不同切根及配合施用氮磷肥、有机肥处理下植被群落特征和营养成分。结果表明:各切根与施肥处理均提高了群落盖度(P0.05),以连续两年施用中高水平氮磷肥最高,达到100%。氮磷肥的施用效果优于有机肥;第一年氮磷肥处理下羊草高度均达到50 cm以上;群落密度和羊草密度在连续两年施用氮磷肥处理下较高,尤其是第二年高水平下达到2 687株/m2。连续两年施用高水平氮磷肥群落和羊草地上生物量、0~10 cm地下生物量和羊草根茎生物量达到最大,分别为701.57 g/m2、1 056.79 g/m2和511.84 g/m2。第二年裂区施肥处理羊草粗蛋白含量高于不施肥处理,而各处理羊草中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量两年间变化较小。切根配合施N 150 kg/hm2,P 90 kg/hm2为最佳处理组合,可显著改良草地退化状况。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of cutting root and fertilization on vegetative characteristics and nutrient composition of (Leymus chinensis) meadow of Leymus chinensis, the effects of different cutting roots and combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on Jiangjiadian grassland in the south central part of Songnen grassland were studied. Characteristics and nutrient composition of vegetation community under organic fertilizer treatment. The results showed that each cutting root and fertilization treatment increased the community coverage (P0.05), and the application of middle and high level N and P fertilizer for two consecutive years was the highest, reaching 100%. The application effect of N and P fertilizer was better than that of organic fertilizer, and the height of Leymus chinensis under N and P fertilizer treatment was more than 50 cm in the first year. The community density and Leymus chinensis density were higher under N and P fertilizer application for two consecutive years, especially at a high level of 2 687 plants / m2 in the second year. For two consecutive years, the underground biomass of 0 / 10 cm and the rhizome biomass of Leymus chinensis were 701.57 g / m ~ 2, 1 056.79 g/m2 and 511.84 g / m ~ 2, respectively, when high-level N / P fertilizer community and sheep grassland were applied to each other for two years. The content of crude protein in Leymus chinensis treated by fertilization in the second year was higher than that without fertilization, but the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of Leymus chinensis in each treatment changed little during the two years. Cutting root combined with N 150 kg/hm2,P 90 kg/hm2 was the best treatment combination, which could significantly improve the degradation of grassland.
