禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统的研制

【摘要】:进入21世纪至今,伴随着人们对生活质量要求以及对健康生活标准的增高,人们对动物疫病的防范意识越来越强。虽然近年来我国在禽病诊断和控制技术方面的研究和实践有了较大的进展,但由于我国规模化养禽起步较晚,地区发展不平衡,另外鸡病又是长期困扰我国养鸡业的关键问题之一,严重影响了我国养禽业的持续发展。鉴于当前基层家禽养殖场内具有丰富疾病诊断经验的专家比较缺乏,鸡病种类呈多样化,新发病种类增多,本研究旨在通过信息技术研究的最新成果的应用来改善我国的养禽业生产和管理现状,提高家禽疾病诊断的准确性。禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统采用B/S结构模式进行设计,应用Visual Basic.NET、Asp.NET开发语言与SQL Server 2005数据库等实验工具进行构建。禽病辅助诊断专家系统在知识获取时,采用人工获取知识方式,将禽病领域内专业知识和专家诊断经验进行归纳、整理,并转移到禽病辅助诊断专家系统数据库中,形成完整的疾病辅助诊断数据库,运用正向推理和反向推理两种推理机制,按照贝叶斯冲突消解策略最终完成疾病辅助诊断。在禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统设计之初,为避免信息的重复录入,该系统数据库采用关系型数据库模式进行设计,最终实现以下功能:(1)禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统实现了家禽疾病辅助诊断、病案资料库、病历管理、病例统计、免疫管理、驱虫管理、远程视频平台、疾病预防方案管理、养殖场信息管理和鸡群信息管理等十项功能,并向用户提供病例统计与管理信息,辅助用户进行管理。(2)禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统能利用后台数据库配备的家禽疾病知识数据库库和家禽疾病诊断,依据用户对怀疑疾病的描述或者对实际症状的描述,自动生成疾病诊断结果,并向用户提供合理治疗方案。(3)禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统实现病案资料库功能,给用户提供学习机会,增加自身知识储备,同时,本系统的病历管理功能可适时对养殖场病例进行录入和管理,帮助用户积累家禽疾病诊疗经验,提高用户疾病诊治水平。(4)禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统中每个模块相对独立,方便用户对各个模块信息的录入与管理,同时,系统每个模块间的部分共享数据信息又存在横向联系,避免信息的重复录入,向用户提供准确、方便的服务。禽病辅助诊断与管理信息系统经验证性测试和专家评估,表明该系统设计合理、诊断准确,满足鸡病临床诊断和鸡场管理的需求,具有良好的实用性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, people have become more and more aware of animal disease prevention with the increase of people's requirements for quality of life and healthy living standards. Although great progress has been made in the research and practice of poultry disease diagnosis and control techniques in China in recent years, due to the late start of large-scale poultry breeding in China, the regional development is unbalanced. In addition, chicken disease is one of the key problems of chicken industry in China for a long time, which seriously affects the sustainable development of poultry industry in China. In view of the current lack of experts with rich experience in disease diagnosis in grass-roots poultry farms, the variety of chicken diseases is diversified, and the number of new diseases increases, The purpose of this study is to improve the current situation of poultry production and management and to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of poultry diseases through the application of the latest achievements of information technology research. The assistant diagnosis and management information system of poultry diseases was designed by B-S structure mode, and was constructed by using Visual Basic.NET,Asp.NET language and SQL Server 2005 database and other experimental tools. In the process of knowledge acquisition, the expert system for assistant diagnosis of poultry disease adopts the method of manual knowledge acquisition, summarizes and arranges the professional knowledge and expert diagnosis experience in the field of poultry disease, and transfers it to the database of assistant diagnosis expert system for poultry disease. A complete database of disease-assisted diagnosis is formed. Two reasoning mechanisms, forward reasoning and reverse reasoning, are used to complete the disease-assisted diagnosis according to Bayesian conflict resolution strategy. At the beginning of the design of the assistant diagnosis and management information system for poultry diseases, in order to avoid the repeated input of information, the database of the system was designed with relational database model. Finally, the following functions are realized: (1) the poultry disease assistant diagnosis and management information system has realized the poultry disease assistant diagnosis, the medical record database, the medical record management, the case statistics, the immune management, the insect repellent management, the remote video platform, Ten functions, such as disease prevention programme management, farm information management and chicken herd information management, are provided to users with information on case statistics and management. (2) the assistant diagnosis and management information system for poultry diseases can make use of the database of poultry disease knowledge provided in the background database and the diagnosis of poultry diseases, according to the description of the suspected disease or the description of the actual symptoms by the user. (3) Avian disease assistant diagnosis and management information system can realize the function of medical record database, provide users with learning opportunities, increase their own knowledge storage, and at the same time, The medical record management function of this system can record and manage the case of farm timely, and help users accumulate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of poultry disease. (4) each module of the assistant diagnosis and management information system for poultry diseases is relatively independent, which is convenient for users to input and manage the information of each module, and at the same time, In order to avoid the repeated input of information and provide accurate and convenient service to users, part of the shared data information between each module of the system has horizontal connection. The empirical test and expert evaluation of the assistant diagnosis and management information system for poultry diseases show that the system is reasonable in design and accurate in diagnosis. It can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and farm management of chicken diseases and has good practicability and maneuverability.
