育肥方式对滇南小耳猪脂肪酸组成的影响
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of fattening mode on fatty acid content in southern Yunnan small ear pig, the experiment of fattening was carried out in south Yunnan small ear pig according to three fattening methods, such as large scale breeding, "hanging shelf" and "full stocking plus supplementary feeding", and the longest muscle of the back was measured. Fatty acid content in backfat and abdominal fat. The results showed that the contents of oleic acid, monounsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid were 2.27% and 0.86% higher in the "hanging shelf" group and "full-stocking plus supplementary feeding" group than those in the large-scale fattening group, respectively. 9.19% (P0.01) and 9.46%, 9.34%, 7.23% (P0.01). The contents of linoleic acid, linolenic acid, polyunsaturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids were 24.30% and 83.62% lower than those of large-scale fattening group, respectively. "31.00%, 6.90% (P0.01) and 49.65%, 71.19%, 51.33%, 5.41% (P0.01)." "fattening" and "full-stocking plus supplementary feeding" could lead to the increase of fatty acid, saturated fatty acid and monounsaturated fatty acid, while the decrease of linoleic acid, linolenic acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid in southern Yunnan. For the local pig breeds such as Yunnan small ear pig, the fattening mode of "hanging shelf" and "full-stocking plus supplementary feeding" can be selected properly when the conditions of producing area are permitted to produce high-oil and low-linoleic acid high-quality health-care pork to improve the efficiency of breeding.
