贵州从江香猪FoxO4、PRKAA1基因在不同组织中的表达分析

【摘要】:为研究FoxO4、PRKAA1基因在从江香猪不同组织中的表达情况,本实验采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,检测FoxO4、PRKAA1基因的mRNA表达量,分析FoxO4、PRKAA1在贵州从江香猪不同组织的差异表达。结果显示,FoxO4基因mRNA在从江香猪所检测的9个组织样中均有表达,其中在脂肪组织中表达量最高,且差异极显著(p0.01),在背最长肌组织中表达量最低;PRKAA1基因mRNA在从江香猪所检测的9个组织样中也均有表达,其中在肺组织中表达量最高,且差异极显著(p0.01),在脂肪组织中表达量次之,在背最长肌组织中表达量最低。FoxO4、PRKAA1基因可能在肌内脂肪(IMF)沉积中发挥重要作用,为进一步研究FoxO4、PRKAA1的功能奠定基础。
[Abstract]:In order to study the expression of FoxO4,PRKAA1 gene in different tissues of Congjiang Xiang pig, the mRNA expression of FoxO4,PRKAA1 gene was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the differential expression of FoxO4,PRKAA1 in different tissues of Congjiang Xiang pig in Guizhou province was analyzed. The results showed that mRNA of FoxO4 gene was expressed in 9 tissue samples detected from Jiangxiang pig, among which the expression level in adipose tissue was the highest, and the difference was very significant (p0.01), and the expression level in dorsum longissimus muscle was the lowest. MRNA of PRKAA1 gene was also expressed in 9 tissue samples detected from Jiangxiang pig, among which the expression level in lung tissue was the highest, and the difference was very significant (p0.01), and the expression quantity in adipose tissue was the second, and the expression in adipose tissue was higher than that in adipose tissue (p0.01). FoxO4, PRKAA1 gene may play an important role in the deposition of (IMF) in intramuscular fat, which lays a foundation for further study of the function of FoxO4,PRKAA1.
