日粮中添加大豆油对高温下蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】:为研究日粮中添加大豆油对高温条件下蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化能力的影响。选取健康的41周龄京粉蛋鸡360只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复。其中处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,分别添加10、20 g/kg和30 g/kg的新鲜大豆油代替等量玉米,处理IV组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮。预试1周,试验期为6周。结果表明,在热应激(26~33℃,平均29.5℃)状态下:(1)日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ组产蛋率极显著高于处理Ⅲ组和对照组(P0.01),日粮中添加大豆油的处理组料蛋比较对照组分别降低5.56%、7.41%、6.94%(P0.01),日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅰ组平均每日总蛋重极显著高于处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和对照组(P0.01);(2)日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅱ组蛋黄重较对照组提高18.43%(P0.05),处理Ⅰ组蛋白高度较对照组提高26.48%(P0.05);(3)日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅱ组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)较对照组提高32.41%(P0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照组降低51.21%(P0.05)。综上所述,高温应激下日粮中添加10~20 g/kg大豆油可显著提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋鸡抗氧化能力。
