三维重建对不同品种蛋鸡初产蛋品质的无损检测分析

【摘要】:以3种110日龄蛋鸡的初产蛋为研究对象,使用VIVID-910非接触式三维扫描仪获取鸡蛋的点云图像数据,利用PolyWorks通用3D测量软件平台重建鸡蛋的三维模型并获取鸡蛋的特征参数,经数据拟合对三维重建的准确性进行验证。通过对鸡蛋特征参数进行方差分析,证明不同品种鸡蛋的外观品质存在差异。通过相关性分析及逐步回归分析,得出三种初产蛋体积与蛋形特征参数之间的回归方程,提出两个新的参数P1、P6与蛋形指数和体积一起作为鸡蛋外观品质的衡量指标。通过以上试验,对蛋品质的评价指标进行了完善,对蛋品无损检测技术进行了有益探索。
[Abstract]:The point cloud image data of eggs were obtained by VIVID-910 contactless 3D scanner, and the 3D model of eggs was reconstructed and the characteristic parameters of eggs were obtained by using PolyWorks general 3D measurement software platform. The accuracy of 3D reconstruction is verified by data fitting. Through the variance analysis of the characteristic parameters of eggs, it is proved that there are differences in the appearance quality of different varieties of eggs. Through correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis, the regression equations between three kinds of egg volume and egg shape characteristic parameters are obtained, and two new parameters P1 are put forward. P6, together with egg shape index and volume, is used as an index to measure the appearance quality of eggs. Through the above experiments, the evaluation index of egg quality was improved, and the nondestructive testing technology of egg products was explored.
