不同猪种泌乳期母乳外核体中let-7c表达模式研究

【摘要】:为了研究不同猪种泌乳期母乳外核体中let-7c的表达模式,试验采用荧光定量PCR(QPCR)方法检测了不同泌乳期(0,3,7,14,21,28天)的大约克夏猪和梅山猪母乳外核体中let-7c的发育性表达模式。结果表明:两个猪种不同泌乳阶段母乳外核体中let-7c的发育表达模式十分相似,总体趋势均表现为随时间推移而下降,且泌乳前期(0~3 d)免疫球蛋白(Ig E)的表达水平极显著高于泌乳后期(7~28 d)(P0.01);品种间分析结果显示,梅山猪母乳外核体中的let-7c表达水平在整个泌乳期均明显高于大约克夏猪。
