环丙沙星制剂中环丙沙星分析方法的研究进展

【摘要】：本文通过查阅国内文献,归纳总结了不同环丙沙星制剂中环丙沙星含量检测方法的研究进展,包括紫外分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法、荧光光度法、高效液相色谱法等,为其质量评价和体内药动学的研究提供依据,并为环丙沙星含量测定方法的进一步研究提供文献依据和分析思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research progress of ciprofloxacin content detection methods in different ciprofloxacin preparations was summarized by consulting the domestic literature, including ultraviolet spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, fluorescence spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography and so on, which provided the basis for the quality evaluation and pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin in vivo, and provided the literature basis and analysis idea for the further study of ciprofloxacin content determination method.
