富血小板纤维蛋白促进犬胸膜及皮肤修复的研究

【摘要】:富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)是一种新型的血小板凝胶,其制备是类似动物自体凝血的过程,可以通过简单的离心操作得到。PRF能通过持续释放相关生长因子及其特殊的纤维结构能有效的促进动物机体各种软组织及骨组织的愈合和生长,并有一定抗感染的功能。试验Ⅰ 犬血小板凝胶中成份计数及PRF超微结构观察本试验选取一定数量试验犬,分别制取富血小板血浆(PRP)及富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF);通过分别测定PRP及PRF在血液学成分的浓度来比较两者之间细胞成分上的差异;而后,针对PRF的结构,对PRF进行组织学观察以及扫描电镜、透射电镜的观察,来研究PRF形态学上的特性;结果发现:PRF的三维空间形态学结构及血小板中α颗粒的完整决定着PRF生物学作用的发挥,是其相对延长生长因子作用时间的结构基础。试验Ⅱ 自体富血小板纤维蛋白促进犬胸膜修复的疗效分析动物临床上,在胸腔、肺脏手术后常由于胸膜的修复不良而出现相关并发症。富含血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)技术是一种新型的简单、低廉的技术,已经证明对许多软、硬组织有很好的促进修复作用。本研究旨在将PRF技术应用到胸膜组织修复上,通过制造临床模型及血液学、组织学分析,评价PRF对胸膜的修复作用;同时通过组织学上的测量来评价PRF促胸膜纤维化的副作用。结果表明:PRF对胸膜修复有作用,但同时也有促胸膜纤维化副作用。试验Ⅲ 自体富血小板纤维蛋白促进犬皮肤修复的疗效分析动物临床上,经常会遇到各种原因引起的皮肤缺损性的创伤。富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)是一种新型血小板凝胶技术,能有效的促进各种软、硬组织的修复。本试验旨在将PRF技术应用于临床皮肤组织创伤上,通过制造临床皮肤缺损模型,以及临床观察、血液学分析、组织学分析来评价PRF对犬皮肤缺损的促进修复的作用。结果表明:PRF对犬皮肤缺损的修复有促进作用。
