miRNA调控PRRSV增殖的研究进展

【摘要】:猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)引起的一种以导致怀孕母猪流产和仔猪呼吸困难为主要特征的疾病,PRRS已给养猪业造成巨大的经济损失。微RNA(miRNA)是一类重要的转录后调控基因表达的微小RNA分子,广泛存在于各种生物体内。文章综述了miRNA-23、miRNA-26、miRNA-29、miRNA-125、miRNA-181、miRNA-506对PRRSV在猪肺泡巨噬细胞(porcine alveolar macrophages,PAM)或非洲绿猴肾上皮细胞(african green monkey kidney epithelial cell line,Marc-145)中复制的调控作用。
[Abstract]:Pig Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS) is a disease caused by Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus (Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV), which is characterized by abortion and dyspnea in pregnant sows. PRRS has caused great economic losses to the pig industry. MicroRNA (miRNA) is an important class of microRNA molecules that regulate the expression of post-transcriptional genes, which widely exists in various organisms. The regulatory effect of miRNA-23,miRNA-26,miRNA-29,miRNA-125,miRNA-181,miRNA-506 on replication of PRRSV in pig alveolar macrophage (porcine alveolar macrophages,PAM or African green monkey renal epithelial cell (african green monkey kidney epithelial cell line,Marc-145 is reviewed in this paper.
