日粮添加啤酒酵母细胞壁对母猪繁殖性能、乳成分和免疫指标的影响

【摘要】:试验旨在研究日粮中添加啤酒酵母细胞壁(yeast cell wall extracts,YCWE)对母猪繁殖性能、乳成分和免疫指标的影响。选取60头体况相近的"长×大"经产妊娠母猪(3~6胎),根据胎次和体况分成两组,每组30个重复,每个重复1头母猪。对照组母猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组母猪饲喂添加YCWE 1.5 g/kg的试验日粮。试验时间从母猪妊娠第1 d至哺乳21 d断奶结束。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加YCWE显著降低了母猪死胎数量和宫内生长迟缓(Intrauterine growth retardation,IUGR)仔猪发生率(P0.05);显著提高了活仔窝重、断奶仔猪数和断奶窝重(P0.05);活产仔猪数(P=0.10)和仔猪断奶体重(P=0.07)有改善的趋势。YCWE组显著提高了母猪哺乳第10 d常乳中乳蛋白、乳糖和非脂固形物含量(P0.05),且哺乳第21 d乳中乳糖含量(P=0.08)仍然有提高的趋势。此外,日粮中添加YCWE显著提高了母猪初乳中免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig M和哺乳第10 d常乳中Ig A、Ig M的浓度(P0.05)。结果表明:母猪妊娠期和哺乳期日粮中添加酵母细胞壁能显著降低母猪死胎和IUGR仔猪发生率,并提高活产窝重;同时,妊娠期和哺乳期日粮中添加酵母细胞壁还能通过改善母猪乳成分及提高母猪初乳和常乳中免疫球蛋白水平,提高哺乳期仔猪生长性能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of the addition of yeast cell wall extensions (YCVE) on the reproductive performance, milk composition and immune index of sows. The "long and large" with similar body conditions was selected to be divided into two groups according to the fetal and body conditions, and each group was divided into two groups according to the fetal and body conditions, each of which was 1 sow. The control group was fed with the basal diet, and the test group was fed with the test diet supplemented with YCVE 1.5 g/ kg. The duration of the test was the end of weaning from the first day of gestation to the second day of lactation of the sow. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the addition of YCVE in the diet significantly reduced the number of stillbirth and IUGR in the sows (P0.05), and significantly increased the number of live litter, the number of weaned piglets and the weight of weaned piglets (P0.05). The number of live-born piglets (P = 0.10) and the weaned weight of the piglets (P = 0.07) had an improved tendency. In the YCVE group, the milk protein, lactose and non-fat solid content in the 10-d normal milk of the sows were significantly increased (P0.05), and the lactose content (P = 0.08) in the 21-d milk of the lactation period was still improved. In addition, the addition of YCVE in the diet significantly increased the concentration of Ig A and Ig M in the normal milk of the sow's colostrum (P0.05). The results showed that the addition of yeast cell wall to the diet of sows during pregnancy and lactation could significantly reduce the incidence of the stillbirth and IUGR piglets in the sows, and increase the weight of live births. The addition of yeast cell wall in the diet of pregnancy and lactation can improve the growth performance of the piglets by improving the milk composition of the sow and improving the level of the immunoglobulin in the colostrum and the normal milk of the sow.
