HPLC测定动物源性食品中倍他米松的残留

【摘要】:为建立检测动物性食品中倍他米松残留的高效液相色谱法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,进行液相色谱分析。采用Agilent C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇:水(60∶40,v∶v),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为240nm,柱温为30℃。方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.152μg/kg和0.502μg/kg。倍他米松在0.5~32μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 9;选取5种动物源性食品进行倍他米松的加标回收试验,回收率在72.73%~93.06%之间,精密度RSD为3.78%(n=6)。本方法简便、可靠、重复性好,可用于动物性食品中倍他米松残留的检测。
