施肥对荒漠草原土壤呼吸和温室气体通量的影响

【摘要】:以短花针茅荒漠草原为研究对象,在不同施肥处理条件下采用LI-8100碳通量测量仪和暗箱方法研究了土壤呼吸速率的季节变化与年际动态、温室气体排放通量的季节变化、以及它们与其它影响因子之间的关系,其结果如下:1.土壤呼吸速率(1)施氮肥提高土壤呼吸速率,其大小关系表现为N10CKN5N2.5;N、P、 NP小区,NP配施显著提高了土壤呼吸速率,三者大小关系为NPPCKN10;(2)随着温度升高,土壤呼吸速率随之增加并在7月中旬和8月中旬达到峰值,与未施肥小区相比,施肥并没有改变土壤呼吸速率的变化规律;(3)土壤呼吸速率与5 cm土壤温度及0-10 cm土壤含水量正相关,荒漠草原主要影响土壤呼吸速率因子为土壤温度和土壤含水量。2.生态系统温室气体通量(1)在三个不同N梯度小区内,CH4吸收通量大小关系为CKN2.5N10N5, CO2排放通量大小关系为N5CKN10N2.5, N20排放通量大小关系为CKN5 N2.5N10;在N、P、NP三个施肥小区内,CH4吸收通量大小关系为PCK NPN10, CO2排放通量大小关系为NPPCKN10, N20排放通量大小关系为CKNPPN10;(2)在整个生长季,与为施肥小区相比,施肥并没有改变温室气排放通量的变化规律,在7月分别达到了吸收和排放峰值;(3)温室气体通量与土壤5 cm地温及0~10cm土壤含水量显著相关,主要影响温室气体排放通量的环境因子为土壤温度和土壤含水量。

[Abstract]:The seasonal variation of soil respiration rate and interannual dynamics, the seasonal variation of greenhouse gas emission flux, and the relationship between them and other influencing factors were studied by LI-8100 carbon flux measuring instrument and dark box method under different fertilizer treatment conditions.
