巨菌草饲喂北京鸭的效果分析

【摘要】:为了研究巨菌草饲养北京鸭的效果,将800只1日龄北京鸭平均分为试验组和对照组进行研究,每组设4个重复。对照组全程饲喂肉鸭全价饲料(简称饲料鸭),试验组从22日龄开始用巨菌草代替40%的饲料饲喂北京鸭饲(简称牧草鸭)。每周末称重,63日龄时屠宰测定饲料鸭和牧草鸭肌肉品质和鸭肉有害物质含量。结果:饲喂巨菌草初期(22~49日龄)牧草鸭体重显著低于饲料鸭(P0.05),而饲喂巨菌草后期(50~63日龄)牧草鸭体重与饲料鸭体重无显著差异(P0.05);饲喂巨菌草能够显著降低肉鸭的脂肪含量;饲料鸭肉和牧草鸭肉内主要有害物质含量均低于食品安全标准,但牧草鸭肉内有害物质含量明显低于饲料鸭。
