酵母细胞产品在畜禽生产应用中的研究进展

【摘要】:当前,越来越多的养殖户在寻求能够替代抗生素的安全无害饲料添加剂,这种饲料添加剂要兼具提高动物生产性能和动物健康,且无残留和无危害等优势。源于酵母细胞的活酵母和酵母衍生产品,尤其是酵母壁多糖,大量研究报道指出,其对动物有间接或直接的积极影响。包括给动物机体建立一个健康的肠道来提高生长性能,提高动物免疫性能,减轻畜禽早期哺乳和断奶的应激现象。文章结合国内外研究进展,对酵母和酵母细胞产品在畜禽生产中的研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more farmers are looking for safe and harmless feed additives which can replace antibiotics. This feed additive should have the advantages of improving animal production performance and animal health, and no residue and no harm. Living yeast and yeast derived products derived from yeast cells, especially yeast wall polysaccharides, have been reported to have indirect or direct positive effects on animals. It includes establishing a healthy intestinal tract to improve the growth performance, improve the immune performance of animals, and reduce the stress of early lactation and weanling of livestock and poultry. Based on the research progress at home and abroad, the research progress of yeast and yeast cell products in livestock and poultry production was reviewed in this paper.
