海南七种经济作物副产物营养价值测定与分析

【摘要】:为了研究经济作物副产物饲料化的利用价值,笔者对海南省7种经济作物副产物的主要营养成分和矿物质含量进行测定,并应用隶属函数法综合评价其营养价值。结果表明:7种经济作物副产物主要营养物质中,干物质含量为7.85%~33.42%,粗蛋白含量为6.64%~22.50%,海南省7种经济作物副产物粗脂肪含量为1.72%~5.80%,酸性洗涤纤维含量为13.25%~30.90%,中性洗涤纤维含量为17.16%~33.30%,单宁含量为5.24~35.67 mg/g,饲料相对值为184.95~426.86;矿物质含量中,钙含量为0.32%~3.52%,磷含量为0.18%~0.58%,钙磷比为0.65~11.76,铁含量为208.29~891.33 mg/kg,锰含量为66.92~666.17 mg/kg,铜含量为3.46~9.60 mg/kg,锌含量为27.56~58.98 mg/kg;7种经济作物副产物营养价值由高到低依次为桑叶木瓜茎叶芒果皮西瓜皮荷叶火龙果茎叶火龙果皮。
[Abstract]:In order to study the feed utilization value of by-products of cash crops, the main nutritional components and mineral contents of by-products of seven kinds of cash crops in Hainan Province were determined, and the nutritional value of by-products was comprehensively evaluated by membership function method. The results showed that the dry matter content, crude protein content, crude fat content, acid detergent fiber content, neutral detergent fiber content and tannin content were 7.85% 33.42%, 6.64% 22.50%, 1.72% 5.80%, 13.25% 30.90%, 17.16% 33.30% and 5.24 鈮,
