日粮L-精氨酸添加水平对肉仔鸡生长性能、腹脂率、脂质代谢的影响

  本试验旨在评估日粮中添加不同水平L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对21-42日龄肉鸡生长性能、血脂、腹脂率、肌内脂肪和脂质代谢相关基因表达的影响。试验一,从256只21日龄的AA肉鸡中选取192只,随机分为四个处理组,每个处理组8重复,每重复6只鸡,试验期21天。对照组饲喂含低能水平(ME=12.48MJ/kg)的基础日粮,处理组分别在基础日粮中添加0.25%、0.50%和1.00%的L-精氨酸。结果表明:与对照组相比,在低能日粮中添加L-精氨酸对生长性能、腹部脂肪含量、肌内脂肪百分比、血浆甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甲状腺激素浓度无显著影响;而血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著降低,其中,添加0.25%L-精氨酸时降低程度最大。试验分为4个处理,每处理8重复,每重复6只,分别向同一基础日粮中添加0(对照组),0.25%,0.50%和1.00%L-Arg。结果表明,饲粮中添加L-Arg对肉鸡平均日增重、日均采食量和饲料转化率无显著影响。饲粮中添加L-Arg不影响腹脂率、肌间脂肪百分率、血浆甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甲状腺激素水平和肝脏甲状腺激素敏感性spotl4a mRNA的...
