德克萨斯侧孢短芽孢杆菌培养物对沙门氏菌感染肉鸡的保护作用研究

沙门氏菌是家禽生产中常见的致病菌,对肉鸡健康危害极大。沙门氏菌感染已经成为后抗生素时代肉鸡产业面临的重大挑战。本文的目的是研究德克萨斯侧孢短芽孢杆菌培养物(BT)对沙门氏菌攻毒肉鸡生长、免疫和血液生化指标的影响,并考察德克萨斯侧孢短芽孢杆菌培养物是否具有作为益生菌饲料添加剂的潜力。试验将300只1日龄雄性AA肉鸡随机分为5个处理组,每个处理设6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。处理组包括正对照(PC,不攻毒并饲喂基础饲粮),负对照组(NC,攻毒鸡白痢沙门氏菌并饲喂基础饲粮),抗生素组(AGP,攻毒鸡白痢沙门氏菌并饲喂含10 mg/kg吉他霉素抗生素促生长剂的基础饲粮),50 mg/kg BT组(BT50,攻毒鸡白痢沙门氏菌并饲喂含50 mg/kg BT的基础饲粮)和100 mg/kg BT组(BT100,鸡白痢沙门氏菌攻毒并饲喂含100 mg/kg BT的基础饲粮)。攻毒组于7日龄和8日龄分别经口灌注鸡白痢沙门氏菌菌液一次。42天的试验结果表明,生长前期沙门氏菌感染显著减慢了肉鸡的生长速度,添加AGP和100 mg/kg BT可以部分弥补沙门氏菌的不良影响。但在生长后期,沙门氏菌、AGP和BT...
