【摘要】：目的：研究子痫前期患者和正常孕妇血清及胎盘中ox-LDL、 IL-22的表达,探讨血清及胎盘中ox-LDL、IL-22与子痫前期的关系及二者之间的联系。方法：收集2013年06月-2014年02月在湘雅三医院产科住院的子痫前期患者30例,其中子痫前期轻度15例(轻度组),重度子痫前期15例(重度组)。同期正常妊娠孕妇30例(正常组),分别采用ELISA、免疫组化方法检测血清、胎盘组织中ox-LDL、IL-22的表达水平。结果：(1)血清中ox-LDL、IL-22的水平：子痫前期轻度组和重度组患者血清中ox-LDL水平均明显高于正常组(P0.05),且重度组明显高于轻度组(P0.05)；子痫前期轻度组患者血清中IL-22水平较正常组有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而重度组患者血清中IL-22水平明显高于正常组及轻度组(P0.05)；子痫前期患者血清中ox-LDL与IL-22水平呈明显的正相关(r=0.941,P0.05)。(2)胎盘中ox-LDL、IL-22的水平：ox-LDL主要在胎盘血管壁内皮和间质沉积,其次是滋养细胞。子痫前期轻度组和重度组患者胎盘中ox-LDL表达水平均明显高于正常组(P0.05),且重度组明显高于轻度组(P0.05)；子痫前期轻度组患者胎盘中IL-22水平较正常组有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而重度组患者胎盘中IL-22水平高于正常组及轻度组(P0.05)；子痫前期患者胎盘中ox-LDIL与IL-22表达水平呈显著的正相关(r=0.754,P0.05)。结论：(1)子痫前期患者血清及胎盘中ox-LDL表达水平升高且与病情严重程度相关,提示其可能在子痫前期发生、发展中起作用。(2)子痫前期患者血清及胎盘中IL-22表达水平升高,且IL-22与ox-LDL水平呈正相关,提示IL-22的表达升高可能是机体的一种代偿保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of ox-LDL and IL-22 in serum and placenta of preeclampsia patients and normal pregnant women, and to investigate the expression of ox-LDL in serum and placenta. The relationship between IL-22 and preeclampsia and the relationship between them. Methods: from June 2013 to February 2014, 30 cases of preeclampsia were collected, including 15 cases of mild preeclampsia (mild group). 15 cases of severe preeclampsia (severe group) and 30 cases of normal pregnant women (normal group) were detected ox-LDL in serum and placenta by immunohistochemistry. The expression level of IL-22. Results (1) the serum level of ox-LDLL-IL-22 in patients with mild and severe preeclampsia was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P 0.05). And the severe group was significantly higher than that of the mild group (P0.05). The serum IL-22 level in mild preeclampsia group was higher than that in normal group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The serum IL-22 level in severe group was significantly higher than that in normal group and mild group (P 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between serum ox-LDL and IL-22 levels in preeclampsia patients. The level of IL-22: ox-LDL was mainly deposited in placental vascular wall endothelium and stroma. The expression of ox-LDL in placenta of mild and severe preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that of normal group (P 0.05), and that of severe group was significantly higher than that of mild group (P 0.05). The level of IL-22 in placenta of mild preeclampsia group was higher than that of normal group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The level of IL-22 in placenta of severe group was higher than that of normal group and mild group (P0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of ox-LDIL and IL-22 in the placenta of preeclampsia patients. Conclusion the expression of ox-LDL in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia is increased and correlated with the severity of the disease, suggesting that it may occur in preeclampsia. The expression of IL-22 in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia was increased, and the level of IL-22 was positively correlated with that of ox-LDL. The results suggest that the increased expression of IL-22 may be a compensatory protective effect.
