女性盆腔器官脱垂患者尾骨肌厚度的变化研究

【摘要】:目的探讨女性盆腔器官脱垂(POP)患者尾骨肌厚度的变化。方法收集2014年8月至2015年1月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院就诊的女性盆腔器官脱垂患者(观察组)25例,无器官脱垂及其他盆腔疾病志愿者(对照组)25例。于平静状态下进行磁共振(MRI)扫描,分别选取髋关节上份平面,髋关节中份平面及尾骨-子宫平面三个层面,测量、比较双侧尾骨肌厚度,并通过计算不同层面肌肉厚度的差值表现尾骨肌厚度的变化程度。对测量结果进行独立样本t检验。结果观察组与对照组内左、右侧尾骨肌厚度差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组双侧尾骨肌平均厚度与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组左、右侧尾骨肌厚度差值[(3.51±1.79)mm、(3.62±1.33)mm]大于对照组[(2.61±0.87)mm、(2.83±1.24)mm],且差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论尾骨肌厚度左右对称;POP患者仅尾骨肌厚度差值显著增大,说明尾骨肌在POP后仅在解剖走行发生变化,提示尾骨肌在盆底支持结构中所起到的支撑作用可能有限。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of the thickness of tailbone muscle in female patients with pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Methods from August 2014 to January 2015, female patients with pelvic organ prolapse were collected from Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University (25 cases in the observation group and 25 cases in the control group without prolapse of organs and other pelvic diseases). MRI MRI scanning was performed in a calm state. The superior hip plane, the middle hip plane and the tailbone uterine plane were selected to measure the thickness of the bilateral coccyx muscle. The difference of muscle thickness in different layers was calculated to show the change of muscle thickness. The measurement results were tested by independent sample t test. Results there was no significant difference in the thickness of the left and right coccyx muscle between the observation group and the control group (P 0.05), while the mean thickness of the bilateral coccyx muscle in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group (P 0.05). The difference of the thickness of the right coccyx muscle [3.51 卤1.79 1.33)mm] was significantly higher than that of the control group (2.61 卤0.87) and the difference was statistically significant (all P 0.05). Conclusion the difference in the thickness of tailbone muscle only increases significantly in the patients with left and right symmetry of the tailbone muscle thickness, indicating that the tailbone muscle changes only in the anatomic walk after POP, suggesting that the tailbone muscle may play a limited supporting role in the supporting structure of the pelvic floor.
