miR-135a-5p在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的探讨子宫内膜癌中miR-135a-5p的表达及意义。方法收集中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科2016年手术切除的子宫内膜癌组织55例以及对照组正常子宫内膜标本30例,运用实时PCR检测miR-135a-5p在子宫内膜癌组织以及正常子宫内膜标本的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系及意义。结果子宫内膜癌组织中miR-135a-5p的表达水平低于正常子宫内膜组织,具有统计学差异(P=0.021);miR-135a-5p在子宫内膜癌中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度有关(P=0.008);结论miR-135a-5p在子宫内膜癌中低表达并且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma. Methods 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 30 cases of normal endometrium in the control group were collected from 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma surgically resected in 2016 in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, and 30 cases of normal endometrium in the control group. The expression of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium was detected by real-time PCR, and the relationship between miR-135a-5p and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results the expression of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma was lower than that in normal endometrial tissue. The expression of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma is related to the degree of differentiation of endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion the expression of miR-135a-5p is low in endometrial carcinoma and related to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
