迟发型羊水栓塞抢救成功一例并文献复习

【摘要】：目的探讨迟发型羊水栓塞的诊疗方法。方法回顾性分析1例迟发型羊水栓塞的诊治过程并复习相关文献。结果患者在剖宫产后出现循环和凝血功能异常等表现,考虑发生迟发型羊水栓塞并进行积极处治,包括积极的呼吸、循环支持,纠正凝血功能紊乱等,转归良好。结论羊水栓塞多发生于分娩过程中,但也有分娩后发生迟发型羊水栓塞可能。羊水栓塞缺乏特异性诊断,早期及时发现、正确处理者预后良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of delayed amniotic fluid embolism. Methods A case of delayed amniotic fluid embolism was reviewed retrospectively. Results the patients showed abnormal circulation and coagulation function after cesarean section. The delayed amniotic fluid embolism was considered and treated actively, including active respiration, circulatory support, correction of coagulation disorder and so on. Conclusion amniotic fluid embolism occurs during labor, but it is also possible to occur late amniotic fluid embolism after delivery. Amniotic fluid embolism lack of specific diagnosis, early timely detection, the correct treatment of good prognosis.
