多发性神经内神经束膜瘤合并妊娠一例及文献复习

【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者28岁,全身多发神经内神经束膜瘤合并妊娠,间歇性四肢麻木13年,盆腔双侧有较大占位包块。至足月剖宫产一健康男婴,患者四肢间歇性麻木症状无加重。患者13年前无明显诱因出现右侧面瘫,就诊于北京天坛医院,颅脑CT及肌电图未发现明显异常,针灸2个月余面瘫治愈。随后全身不同部位皮肤间歇性麻木,间断针灸治疗。期间曾在北京协和医院做肌电图及脑脊液检查似有异常,但未确诊,间断
[Abstract]:First, the patient was 28 years old, with multiple neuroblastoma associated with pregnancy, intermittent numbness of the limbs for 13 years, and a large mass of space occupying both sides of the pelvis. To full-term cesarean section a healthy male baby, patients with intermittent numbness of limbs without exacerbation. The patient had no obvious inducement to develop right facial palsy 13 years ago. He was treated at Temple of Heaven Hospital in Beijing. There were no obvious abnormalities in craniocerebral CT and electromyography. Acupuncture and moxibustion were cured for more than 2 months. Then different parts of the body skin intermittent numbness, intermittent acupuncture treatment. During this period, he had done electromyography and cerebrospinal fluid examination in Peking Union Hospital, but it was not diagnosed and interrupted.
