盆腔器官脱垂手术治疗的治愈标准

【摘要】：盆腔器官脱垂(POP)是中老年女性的高发疾病,严重影响生活质量。手术治疗是POP的主要治疗方法,目前手术治疗的治愈标准并不完全科学,也存在一定争议。目前最常用的治愈标准主要缺点是解剖学要求过于严格,而且单纯使用解剖学标准也并不全面。推荐使用全面、科学的治愈标准,包括无脱垂症状、无超出处女膜的脱垂物、无再治疗意愿。这样"三无"的标准,符合POP的疾病本质和流行病学特点,也便于临床应用。
[Abstract]:Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is a high incidence disease in middle-aged and elderly women, which seriously affects the quality of life. Surgical treatment is the main method of POP. At present, the standard of surgical treatment is not completely scientific and controversial. The main drawback of the most commonly used standard of cure is that the anatomical requirements are too strict and the use of anatomic standards is not comprehensive. Recommended use of comprehensive, scientific criteria for cure, including no symptoms of prolapse, no prolapse beyond the hymen, no intention of retreatment. This "three nots" standard accords with the disease nature and epidemiological characteristics of POP, and is also convenient for clinical application.
