体外受精-胚胎移植助孕患者健康信息需求的质性研究

【摘要】：目的了解体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕患者疾病信息需求及生活体验。方法选取南阳市医专一附院、南阳市第一人民医院、南阳市中心医院20例接受IVF-ET助孕治疗的患者进行半结构访谈,采用现象学分析法分析资料。结果 IVF-ET助孕患者的健康信息需求分为4个阶段:建立病历阶段、控制性促排卵监测阶段、取卵阶段、移植阶段。结论 IVF-ET助孕患者疾病信息需求问题显著,基于患者真实需求构建信息支持策略亟待解决。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the disease information needs and life experience of patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods Twenty patients who received IVF-ET assisted pregnancy therapy in Nanyang Medical College first affiliated Hospital, Nanyang first people's Hospital and Nanyang Central Hospital were selected for semi-structural interviews. The data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis. Results the health information needs of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy patients were divided into four stages: establishment of medical records, monitoring of controlled ovulation, oviposition and transplantation. Conclusion the problem of disease information demand in pregnant patients with IVF-ET is significant, and it is urgent to construct information support strategies based on patients' real needs.
