关注体外受精-胚胎移植早期胚胎丢失

【摘要】：正体外受精-胚胎移植(in-vitro fertilization andembryo transfer,IVF-ET)已成为不孕症患者的常用治疗手段。随着辅助生殖技术的发展,单移植周期的临床妊娠率已高达60%,但IVF活产率只有30%~40%,一直以来存在难以突破的瓶颈。主要原因在于胚胎移植后各种因素导致的胚胎丢失。胚胎丢失最常见于孕早期。早期胚胎丢失(earlyembryo loss,EEL)指孕12周末前发生的胚胎丢
[Abstract]:In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (in-vitro fertilization andembryo transfer,IVF-ET) has become a common treatment for infertility patients. With the development of assisted reproductive technology, the clinical pregnancy rate of single transplant cycle is as high as 60%, but the live birth rate of IVF is only 30% and 40%, which has been difficult to break the bottleneck. The main reason lies in the embryo loss caused by various factors after embryo transfer. Embryo loss is most common in early pregnancy. Early embryo loss (earlyembryo loss,EEL) refers to embryo loss that occurs before the 12th week of pregnancy.
