【摘要】：正一、病例摘要例1:患者37岁,主因孕27周,持续性下腹痛2h于2011年10月14日入河北省衡水市哈励逊国际和平医院。患者既往史:于2000年开腹行子宫纵隔切除术;于2003年孕33周因子宫破裂行剖宫产术+子宫修补术。患者孕期未正规产检,于入院前2h无诱因出现持续性下腹痛,伴头晕心慌,阴道无出血及流水,因腹痛急诊入院。入院查体:体温35.8℃,脉搏120/min,呼吸22/min,血压85/51mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa),急性病容,重度贫血貌,全腹压痛、反跳痛,宫底位于脐上两指,宫体压
[Abstract]:Case 1: a 37-year-old patient was admitted to Halixun International Peace Hospital, Hengshui City, Hebei Province on October 14, 2011, due to 27 weeks of gestation and persistent lower abdominal pain for 2 hours. The previous history of the patients: uterine mediastinal resection was performed in 2000 and cesarean section due to uterine rupture was performed at 33 weeks of gestation in 2003. The patient did not have regular antenatal examination during pregnancy. There was no inducement of persistent lower abdominal pain, dizziness and panic, vaginal bleeding and flowing water, and there was no emergency admission due to abdominal pain 2 hours before admission.
