体外受精-胚胎移植后妊娠早孕期间微量元素变化

【摘要】:目的了解接受外源性性激素治疗的体外受精-胚胎移植患者早孕期间血清微量元素水平及雌、孕激素水平的改变情况。方法收集安徽医科大学第一附属医院生殖中心接受体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)/冻融胚胎移植(frozen-thawed embryo transfer,F-ET)治疗后获妊娠者800例及自然妊娠者63例,按周期类型分为新鲜周期组(212例)、解冻人工周期组(354例)、解冻自然周期组(234例)和自然妊娠组(63例)。在妊娠后6~8周于清晨空腹测血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁五种常见微量元素值及雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、孕酮(progesterone,P)水平。结果随IVF-ET不同方案外源性激素摄入量增加,孕妇血清E2、P水平逐渐升高,自然妊娠组最低,新鲜周期组最高。四组血清铜含量间差异有统计学意义(均有P0.05),自然妊娠组最低,解冻人工周期组最高,且铜水平与雌二醇水平呈正相关(r=0.08,P=0.024)。多胎妊娠者血清镁、铁均低于单胎妊娠者(均有P0.05)。结论接受IVF-ET/F-ET治疗后获妊娠者早孕期间血清铜较同期自然妊娠者高,且与其血清E2水平呈正相关。多胎妊娠对镁、铁的需求较单胎妊娠高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of serum trace elements and estrogen and progesterone levels in patients undergoing in vitro fertilisation and embryo transfer treated with exogenous sex hormones. Methods cases of pregnancy and 63 cases of natural pregnancy were collected from the Reproductive Center of the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET) / freeze-thawed embryo transfer (frozen-thawed embryo transfer,F-ET). They were divided into fresh cycle group (n = 212), thawed artificial cycle group (n = 34) and natural pregnancy group (n = 63) according to the type of cycle. The levels of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron and the levels of estradiol,E2 and progesterone,P were measured on an empty stomach at 6: 8 weeks after pregnancy. Results with the increase of exogenous hormone intake in different regimens of IVF-ET, the serum E2 and P levels of pregnant women increased gradually, the natural pregnancy group was the lowest, and the fresh cycle group was the highest. There was significant difference in serum copper content among the four groups (P 0.05).
