1.1.1.研究背景 雄激素(androgen)主要指睾酮(testosterone, T)和其在体内的活性代谢产物双氢睾酮(dihydrotestosterone, DHT)。睾酮由睾丸Leydig细胞产生并分泌,其合成和分泌过程受下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴及其它神经体液因素的严密调控。新生成的睾酮进入血液循环后,大部分与性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone binding globulin, SHBG)结合形成复合物,不能进入组织和细胞;只有约1-2%呈游离状态(血浆浓度约为19.9±4.7nM),能为组织所利用,发挥内分泌调节作用。组织和细胞中的5α-还原酶可将睾酮还原成双氢睾酮,后者与雄激素受体的亲和力要高于睾酮本身。雄激素在生殖系统的作用是:促进胚
