腹股沟区未分化多形性肉瘤一例报告并文献复习

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者男,57岁。因发现左侧腹股沟区肿物1年,进行性增大半年于2016-02-22入陕西省人民医院。既往体健。入院查体示,左侧腹股沟区可触及一大小约6cm×7cm包块,质硬,表面欠光滑,与周围组织粘连固定,无触痛,同侧阴囊增大,约7cm×8cm,呈囊性,表面光滑,未触及睾丸及附睾,无触痛,平卧位体积无变化,同侧精索增粗。常规实验室及结核生化检查
[Abstract]:The patient was 57 years old. The patient was admitted to the Shaanxi Provincial people's Hospital in 2016-02-22 after 1 year of progressive enlargement due to the discovery of the left inguinal area tumor. The physical examination showed that the patient was admitted to the Shaanxi Provincial people's Hospital in 2016-02-22. The left inguinal region can reach a mass about 6 cm 脳 7 cm in size, hard, unsmooth surface, adhesion and fixation with surrounding tissues, no tenderness, ipsilateral scrotum enlargement, about 7 cm 脳 8 cm, cystic. Smooth surface, no testicular and epididymis, no tenderness, no change in the volume of supine position, thickening of ipsilateral spermatic cord.
