支架辅助栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤与非支架辅助栓塞的疗效对比

【摘要】：目的回顾性的分析报告我院2014年29例支架辅助与11例非支架辅助颅内宽颈动脉瘤栓塞的对比。方法在这次回顾性的病例分析中，宽颈动脉瘤的治疗被分为2组。A组：支架治疗组。B组：单纯栓塞组。结果 40个病人的40个颅内动脉瘤被分组为如下，A组29例，B组11例。血管造影复查的时间为出院后3~6个月，在支架辅助组（A组），，动脉瘤的复发几率明显降低（AvsB=10.3%vs45.5%，P=0.013），出血事件的发生在数据上没有明显的差异（A vs B=10.3%vs9.1%，P=0.906），血栓栓塞事件的发生在数据上也没有明显的差异（A vs B=6.9%vs9.1%，P=0.814），患者预后情况评估使用改良Rankin量表评分在数据上也没有明显的差异（Avs B=0.55±0.86vs0.36±0.67，P=0.520）。结论 1、支架辅助弹簧圈介入治疗可以明显降低颅内宽颈动脉瘤的复发率。 2、支架辅助弹簧圈介入治疗不会增加再出血事件及血栓栓塞事件的发生率，对患者的预后没有影响。 3、支架辅助弹簧圈介入治疗在颅内宽颈动脉瘤治疗中是一种有效的、安全可行的手术方式。
[Abstract]:objective
A retrospective analysis of 29 cases of stent assisted embolization in 2014 and 11 cases of non stent assisted intracranial wide necked aneurysm were reported in our hospital.
Method
In this retrospective case analysis, the treatment of wide neck aneurysms was divided into 2 groups of.A groups: the.B group in the stenting group: the simple embolism group.
Result
40 patients with 40 intracranial aneurysms were grouped as follows, 29 cases in A group, B group of 11 patients. Angiographic time after discharge for 3~6 months, in stent assisted group (A group), the risk of recurrence of aneurysm was significantly decreased (AvsB=10.3%vs45.5%, P=0.013), no significant bleeding events the differences in the data (A vs, B=10.3%vs9.1%, P=0.906), thromboembolic events in the data, there is no obvious difference (A, vs, B=6.9%vs9.1%, P=0.814) were assessed using the modified Rankin scale score in the data has no significant difference (Avs B=0.55 + 0.86vs0.36 + 0.67, P=0.520).
conclusion
1, stent assisted coiling intervention can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of intracranial wide necked aneurysm.
2, stent assisted coiling intervention does not increase the incidence of rebleeding events and thromboembolic events, and does not affect the prognosis of the patients.
3, stent assisted coiling is an effective, safe and feasible surgical approach for the treatment of intracranial wide necked aneurysms.
