Lnk蛋白与内皮祖细胞在骨折愈合过程中作用的研究进展

【摘要】：Lnk蛋白是一种细胞衔接蛋白(adaptor protein),在细胞信号转导系统中起着重要的桥梁作用,其功能涉及到造血干细胞的分化、内皮细胞激活、细胞骨架调控等。在损伤的组织中,Lnk是造血干细胞自我更新和血管修复的较强负向调节因子。Lnk蛋白与内皮祖细胞介导血管发生,且在骨折愈合过程中发挥作用,本文将总结Lnk蛋白与内皮祖细胞在骨折愈合方面研究进展。
[Abstract]:Lnk protein is an adaptor protein, which plays an important role in the cell signal transduction system. Its function involves the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells, the activation of endothelial cells, the regulation of cytoskeleton and so on. Lnk is a strong negative regulatory factor for self-renewal and vascular repair of hematopoietic stem cells. Lnk protein mediates angiogenesis with endothelial progenitor cells and plays an important role in fracture healing. This article will summarize the research progress of Lnk protein and endothelial progenitor cells in fracture healing.
