快速成型技术及其在骨组织工程中的应用（英文）

【摘要】：骨缺损的修复是临床工作中亟待解决的难题,寻求完善的骨移植替代物一直是各国学者的研究焦点所在。近年来快速成型技术在骨组织工程领域内的应用逐渐扩大,个体化定制的优势为骨缺损修复提供了新思路。本文对快速成型技术在骨组织工程中的研究进展进行综述,概述了不同快速成型技术的原理和特点,总结其在骨组织工程中的应用现状和发展趋势。
[Abstract]:The repair of bone defect is an urgent problem in clinical work, and the search for perfect bone graft substitute has always been the research focus of scholars all over the world. In recent years, the application of rapid prototyping in the field of bone tissue engineering has been gradually expanded, and the advantages of individualized customization have provided a new idea for bone defect repair. In this paper, the research progress of rapid prototyping in bone tissue engineering is reviewed, the principle and characteristics of different rapid prototyping techniques are summarized, and the application status and development trend of rapid prototyping technology in bone tissue engineering are summarized.
