展筋活血方配合塔形垫自然牵引法治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效

【摘要】:目的探讨展筋活血方配合塔形垫自然牵引法治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1~12月该院收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者50例,将其分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),对照组给予塔形垫自然牵引法,观察组给予展筋活血方配合塔形垫自然牵引法,比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛评分、活动能力评分、止痛药评分、骨密度(BMD)及日本骨科协会(JOA)评分等差异。结果观察组有效率为92.00%,对照组为68.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.50,P0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组患者疼痛评分、活动能力评分、止痛药评分均明显低于对照组患者(P0.05);观察组患者BMD及JOA评分均明显高于对照组患者(P0.05)。结论展筋活血方配合塔形垫自然牵引法有助于缓解单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者疼痛症状,增强运动功能并提高治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Zhan Jin Huoxue Fang (ZJH) combined with natural traction of tower pad in the treatment of simple thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods Fifty patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture admitted in our hospital from January to December 2014 were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The therapeutic efficacy, pain score, activity score, analgesic score, bone mineral density (BMD) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate was 92.00 in the observation group and 68.00 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 2 4.50 P 0.05). Six months after treatment, the pain score, activity score, analgesic score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05); the BMD and JOA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Zhanjin Huoxue recipe combined with natural traction with tower pad can relieve pain symptoms, enhance motor function and improve therapeutic effect in patients with simple thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.
